Torino enjoyed great success throughout the 90’s, as the team was able to contest the National championship right until the end, and even better they reached the Finals against Ajax FC for the UEFA Cup, playing a vibrant 2-legged series. After a first 2-2 draw at Stadio Delle Alpi, Torino FC were unable to score in Amsterdam, thus losing the final to Ajax.
