Scotland Retro shirt 1950’s; an amazing rubgy-styled shirt.
During this period, The SFA, Scotland Football organisation was re-admitted into FIFA, meaning that it was eligible to take part in International Tournaments. Despite Scotland earning a place for the 1950’s World Cup, as they ended runner-up for the British Home Championship, however, they refused to do so. It was not until 1954, that Scotland would participate in a World Cup, however surrounded by controversy as they only took 13 players (of the 22 typically taken). After a loss against Austria, Andie Beattie (the manager) resigned halfway through the group stage, were later, Scotland would be knocked out.
