Kaiserslautern 1983/84 Shirt
The 1. FC Kaiserlautern retro Jersey from the campaign 1983/84. The supporter of the red devils (same nickname as Manchester United) are reminded with joy to this campaign. At time where the team played in the first division and even were able to play on the international stage in the European Cup. They got eliminated very close against the English club FC Watford. After a 3:1-Win at the Betzenberg at home, they lost 3:0 in England.
With legends like Klaus Allofs who later worked a long time as a sport director for Werder Bremen and the Vfl Wolfsburg, and scored the most goals with the Swedish striker Torbjörn Nilsson in this campaign. Nilsson was beside the Goalkeeper the only foreign player (both from Sweden) in the whole squad of Kaiserslautern. A circumstance which occurs very rarely today.
The red home jersey stands out because of his slim vertical stripes and the white highlights at the collar and sleeves.
The Jersey is made out of Polyester and is completely manufactured in Europe.
For the numerous Fans of 1. FC Kaiserslautern, that like to be reminded of the glorious times of the red devils, where the team was a consistent part of the Bundesliga!
