Chelsea Retro Shirt 1970

1970, 29^th April , Old Trafford Stadium, one of the FA Cup’s greatest final ever, was won for the 1^st time by Chelsea, against tough opponents, Leeds United.

After an outstanding season, where Chelsea finished 3^rd, behind Leeds United  and Everton, they faced a difficult challenge to beat opponents Leeds United in the FA Cup final. The match was first played at Wembley, after a 2-2 draw the match was replayed at Old Trafford. A flamboyant Chelsea side would finally, beat its opponent on a 2-1 final score, crowning themselves as winners of the FA Cup for the first time.
